We are looking for 1 to 3 years experienced BE/BTech Electronics graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team!
As Sales Engineer at our organization you will be responsible for Generating Leads Scheduling Virtual Meetings Giving Presentations Quotes & Negotiations Closing for Orders.

As Inside Sales become the most effective way for lead generation and converting into sales to achieve companys target your position will play an important role in companys growth.


Job description

  • Manage and oversee entire sales aspects of Inside sales.
  • Research and Identify new market opportunities in India / Globally.
  • To pursue new business leads and new customer acquisition.
  • Coordination within cross functional and across teams which demands exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to prospective leads.
  • To work on new business proposals and presentation.
  • Regularly collaborate with marketing team for SEO and SMM.
  • Competitor Analysis.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team and organization.
Qualifications
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech./Graduate degree in Any discipline

Only Electronics Background and Electronics Manufacturing Experienced candidate can apply.


Skills set needed for the Inside Sales Engineer:

  • Proven work experience of 2 to 6 years in Direct Indirect Inside B2B or B2C sales.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Technology and Social Media Marketing is preferred.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skill for Verbal Telephonic and written communication.
  • Candidate must have skill in Creation of Power Point Presentation.
  • Must have effective PPT presentation skills.
  • Candidate should have good control over MS Office (Word Excel and Power Point).
  • Candidate should have experience in working in ERP / CRM software.
  • Knowledge and a good understanding of sales techniques.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills.

  • Quick learner and selfdriven
  • Good team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of adhering to time limits
  • Ability to work under pressure.
