- Coordination with Customers for aftersales requirements.
- Prepare sales reports presentations and documents.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all aftersales requirements.
- Handle customer queries and complaints postpurchase ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage sales documentation and filing systems.
