Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate the ideal candidate for this position will play a crucial role in driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction in our outlet. This position involves providing exceptional customer service understanding product knowledge and employing effective sales techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting customers in discovering the ideal home fragrance products that suit their preferences and needs.
Providing expert guidance on scent selection fragrance categories and product features.
Conducting scent sampling and personalized fragrance consultations to enhance the customer experience.
Maintaining a deep understanding of our home fragrance products and staying updated on new arrivals and promotions.
Contributing to the visual merchandising of the store to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Operating point of sale systems handling transactions and managing inventory of home fragrance products.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in fragrance sales or a strong passion for home fragrance products will be an added advantage.
Exceptional knowledge of home fragrance categories scent profiles and the ability to personalize recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
A keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and new home fragrance products.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
