The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts driving sales revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves building strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and proposing solutions to achieve mutual success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and crossselling products/services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities achievements and client feedback.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or relevant role (24 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
