- Support the development and implementation of a digital transformation agenda, inclusive of detailed action plans with required resources and capacity building needs.
- Support ISTD through the procurement process of the RMS and the engagement activities with the vendors/IT suppliers and software developers.
- Ensure that RMS implementation stays on budget and schedule, continuously track progress against milestones and quickly address any delays.
