Responsibilities:
*Estimating, Sales, & Marketing
*Customer Service
*Following up with customers
*Maintaining communication with customers through job completion
*Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
*Attend networking events
*Consistently hit weekly goals

Qualifications:
*5-15 years of experience in sales management preferred
* College degree preferred
* K-TU Sales System
*Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurance
*Excited about performance-based pay
*Sales & customer service experience
*Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
*Strong computer and internet skills
*Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
*Goal oriented and motivated
