   A Travel agent with a unique approach specializing in mentorship and recruitment of aspiring travel agents This travel agent is dedicated to fostering the growth of their recruits providing comprehensive training and support to help them establish and thrive on their own Services include marketing strategies client acquisition sales techniques booking assistance and expert guidance within the travel industry With a strong commitment to education and mentorship this travel agent ensures that all the tools and knowledge needed for success are provided to their recruits We provide all the training and tools necessary for you to be successful  

**Responsibilities**

**Recruitment** 

    Source interview and evaluate potential travel agent candidates

    Develop and maintain a pool of qualified travel agent candidates for current and future needs

**Talent Attraction**

    Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract travel agents

    Utilize various recruitment channels including online job boards social media and industry networks

    Build and maintain relationships with travel industry professionals to tap into referral networks

**Candidate Assessment**

    Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the companys standards and values

**Onboarding**

    Facilitate the onboarding process for new travel agents ensuring they are wellprepared to succeed in their roles
