This is a remote position.
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and quality of healthcare and human services in our region The Department of Health and Human Services (DHS) is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team . In this role you will play a crucial role in managing information systems conducting evaluations and coordinating investigations to uphold the highest standards in healthcare and human services. Description of Duties
- Conducting statewide program and information system analysis.
- Assisting in the implementation of enforcement orders.
- Coordinating licensed setting inspections and meetings with licensing staff.
- Overseeing the fines management system and conducting onsite inspections.
- Coordinating referrals and criminal investigations with law enforcement agencies.
- Reviewing incident reports and assigning priority levels for complaints.
- Designing and conducting research studies relating to licensed settings.
- Assisting in data entry and data analysis.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports using data collection methods.
- Ensuring data integrity through regular monitoring of database systems.
- Reviewing analyzing and recommending revisions to policies and regulations.
- Coordinating information technology applications to support program operations.
- Providing guidance direction and technical support to staff in the office.
Requirements
Educational Requirements / Relevant Work Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in a Health or Human services related course of study (e.g. Nursing Social Work Psychology Occupational Therapist Physical Therapist Physician EMT) OR
- Associates Degree in a Health or Human Services related course of study AND 2 years experience in the field OR
- Minimum of one year of experience in a health or human services related field demonstrating an ability to perform the description of duties and essential functions.
