Job Description Regional Operation Manager
  • Spearheaded all aspects of retail operations including staffing inventory management sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
  • Developed and implemented operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Led recruitment training and performance management efforts for store staff fostering a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Implemented inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies reduce shrinkage and optimize stock levels based on demand forecasts and sales trends.
  • Collaborated with crossfunctional teams including marketing merchandising and finance to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Conducted regular store visits and audits to assess operational performance identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns raised by staff or customers.
  • Assisted in budget planning and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) analyzed sales data and generated reports to track progress measure success and make datadriven decisions.
  • Prepare and control the stores budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the entire regional stores.
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

Requirement & Skills:
  • Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years (preferably from Beauty Industry)
