They are a global accounting and advisory network with over 10000 people including 500 partners in more than 80 offices across 16 regions connecting and collaborating to take care of your needs locally nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered.
• Responsible for endtoend recruitment cycle for search of candidates through coldcalling networking and recommendations.
• Participate in business development
• Effectively listen to and understand clients hiring needs preferences by providing professional consultation services.
• Build relationship engage talents provide excellent candidate experience and create brand awareness for the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• 360 recruitment.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelors degree or higher preferably in a relevant field.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
• Candidates with business development experience will have an added advantage
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarinspeaking clients.
• Able to work independently strong sense of urgency results oriented and resourceful.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
