Recruitment Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancyexpectations using different tools: recruitment sites networking recommendations social and professional networks executive search and headhunting;
• Schedule candidate interviews;
• Participate in facetoface interviews and conduct both phone and facetoface interviews;
• Manage multiple recruitment projects for different clients and different industries;
• Realizing CVs in a standard format and creating the candidates profile;
• Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes;
• Preparing recruitment and selection reports for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required (preferable degree in psychology/sociology/economy);
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel Word);
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Detailoriented organized flexible able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.
