Primary Responsibilities

Sourcing & Selection

• Build and nurture effective referral sources and centers of influence (COIs).
• Identify maintain and coordinate lead strategies from various channels including referrals COIs advertising and social media.
• Actively engage in community outreach to promote and strengthen the Northwestern Mutual brand.
• Drive the candidate selection process by screening conducting initial interviews administering selection tools and guiding candidates through the process.

Accountability Tracking and Analysis

• Provide weekly recruiting activity reports to the leadership team.
• Maintain candidate databases accurately to enhance the efficiency of the selection process.
• Analyze recruiting ratios to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Three or more years of professional experience preferably in sales recruiting or financial services.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
• Resultsdriven with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media and community engagement strategies.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accountability.
• Experience with prospecting and lead generation preferred.

This role offers a competitive base salary ($5580K) along with uncapped bonuses based on recruiting activity (anticipate $10K in bonuses).

This role reports to the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for fulltime and campus selection efforts in Boca Raton and surrounding areas. Youll work closely with local leadership to execute recruiting plans and achieve talent goals.
