Position Title: Project Manager - Laravel
Timings:4:00 pm to 1:00 am
Location: 5th Floor, Central Tower 2, Halli Road Guldberg 2, Lahore.

Position Purpose:
Project Manager (Laravel) plays a critical role in our organization, overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects leveraging the Laravel framework. This position combines strong project management skills with in-depth knowledge of Laravels capabilities to ensure the seamless delivery of web solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
Over5years of experience working with Laravel PHP Framework, with Laravel Liveware and SQL schema design and Experience with other PHP frameworks, should be well-versed in MySQL query optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation, planning, and execution phases and develop comprehensive project plans, set clear objectives, and manage effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
- Possess a deep understanding of Laravels architecture and functionalities. Collaborate with development teams to make informed technical decisions and provide guidance on best practices.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members. Ensure efficient utilization of resources and skills within the development team.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the development team and clients. Ensure effective communication, manage client expectations, and provide regular project updates.
- Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required.
- Document features, technical specifications & infrastructure Responsibilities.
- Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
- Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support.
- Keep an eye on new trends and best practices in web development.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of PHP web framework such as Core PHP, Laravel & CodeIgniter.
- Must have strong knowledge and understanding of JS, jQuery, AJAX, Vue.js
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming in PHP.
- Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST APIs design.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub.
- Familiar with APIs & Cloud Functions.
- MySQL profiling and query optimization.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded to new solutions, forward-thinking and strong ability to adapt.
- Git version control workflows.
- Proficiency in design patterns.
- Able to deal with difficult clients or customers.
