Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Secure highvalue deals by leveraging your expertise to introduce new partner locations and support network expansion across towns and cities.
Identify attractive opportunities in a wide range of commercial properties deliver persuasive partnership proposals and guide investors for developing branded centres ensuring swift and effective deal closures.
Communicate the value of the partnership model to your B2B network to generate strong interest and engagement.
Source driven growthoriented partners capable of accelerating expansion through building conversions new developments or acquisitions from competitors.
Use a flexible and adaptive business development approach tailored to the unique needs and goals of each partner.
Maintain and advance a robust pipeline from initial outreach and negotiation through to finalizing commercial agreements.
Strong background (often 5 10 years) in commercial real estate especially in leasing acquisitions or franchise models.
Experience with office coworking or hospitality sectors is preferred.
Deep understanding of local and regional real estate markets.
Knowledge of market rents occupancy trends and competitive landscape.
Skilled in building and maintaining longterm relationships with landlords brokers and partners.
Familiar with leases partnership agreements and real estate legal frameworks.
Ability to assess locations for visibility accessibility layout and profitability.
Strong in Excel CRM systems and financial modeling; excellent communication and presentation skills.
