Job Description
Assistant Manager Anytime Fitness (Michigan Center & Jackson)
Pay: $16/hour
Are you passionate about fitness motivated by helping others and looking to build a career in a growing industry Anytime Fitness is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team! Youll play a vital role in supporting our members and making our gym a positive highenergy environment.
Location: Must be available to work at both our Michigan Center and Jackson locations.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through inclub initiatives and community outreach
Sign up new members and walk them through our onboarding process
Book appointments for fitness consultations and follow up on leads
Make outbound phone calls and respond to inquiries
Assist in basic daytoday upkeep of the gym
Support club events and promotions
Were Looking for Someone Who:
Has a gogetter attitude and loves working with people
Is organized and dependable with strong communication skills
Can multitask in a fastpaced environment
Has availability for a flexible schedule includingevenings/weekends
Wants to grow into a Club Manager role in the future
