Job Description

1. Project Planning and Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines budgets and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
• Execute projects efficiently while ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements

1. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development engineering marketing and sales to ensure project objectives are met
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders maintaining strong communication channels

1. Risk Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Proactively address issues and obstacles to ensure project timelines and objectives are met

1. Budget and Resource Management

• Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure cost control
• Allocate and optimize resources effectively to achieve project goals

1. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans schedules and postimplementation reports

1. Quality Assurance

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of highquality payment solutions
• Conduct regular quality assessments and make necessary improvements

1. Compliance and Regulation

• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements ensuring that projects adhere to all relevant standards

1. Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members when needed

Qualifications

• A minimum of years of relevant experience in project management within the Payments industry
• Bachelors degree in a related field PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of payment systems fintech and banking operations
• Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
