Project Manager

• Location Ahmedabad Gujarat

• Develop and manage control budgets and site budgets.
• Supervise the creation of detailed work breakdown structures (WBSs) and work schedules/networks aligning them with the overall project schedule.
• Monitor project progress closely and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage project scope including identifying evaluating and responding to changes.
• Coordinate with the Civil InCharge/ Construction Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the timely deployment of manpower subcontractors and completion of site activities.
• Collaborate with various departments (Fleet/SCM/F&A/Engineering) for the procurement of T&P materials and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Establish and develop site teams including hiring training and motivating personnel.
• Review and monitor project performance emphasizing timely completion and cost control.
• Responsible for preparation of weekly/ monthly reports and dashboards and appraise all the stakeholders.
• Collect data on actual costs and conduct output analysis against the budget to identify and address any variances.
• Oversee the preparation of project completion reports including documenting lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.

Qualification: B.E / B. Tech Chemical/ Mechanical

Experience: 10 Years

Industry Specific: EPC Oil and Gas Chemical Plants Fertilizer Plants EPC industry exp is must
