Job Description: Production Manager Night Shift

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process including ingredient sourcing production baking packaging and distribution.
• Manage and lead a team of production workers providing guidance and support to ensure highquality output and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production lines and equipment to identify and resolve any issues or delays in the production process.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance Maintenance and Engineering to address any productionrelated concerns or improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry standards in relation to production processes and food safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports including inventory levels production yields and quality control data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements cost reductions and productivity enhancements.
• Train and develop production staff providing coaching and performance feedback to optimize their skills and job performance.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production management role or similar position.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production line operations.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems for production tracking and reporting.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in the food or bakery industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with implementing and managing production processes and systems.
• Familiarity with automated production equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of inventory management and control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse workforce and promote a positive team culture.
• Knowledge of best practices in occupational health and safety.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling.
