- Have a strong understanding of surfactants’ customers, markets dynamics, competition landscape and requirements covering Middle East, Africa, Indian Content and Far East.
- Develops Surfactants’ sales and marketing strategies and annual business plan/budget that add value to the achievement of company's goals and objectives.
- Act as the primary thought leader for the Surfactants product line internally and externally.
- Have end-to-end responsibility for building strong commercial relationships with customers’ technical centers, R&D formulators, purchasing, and brand managers.
- Leads, manages and controls Surfactants marketing & sales activities to ensure provision of prompt and efficient service to customers.
- Leads negotiations and formulation of sales contracts with customers.
- Monitors products consumption to ensure that they are as budgeted and forecasted.
- Manages product inventory, monitors customer performance and compliance to the contracts.
