Implementing the payment products / strategies related
to Cards & Payments Employee Payless Card Meal
Card DCB Direct
Handling VISA/ Rupay relationship for the various
product rollout
Liaising with technology team / vendor to implement
the client solutions
Handling regulatory reportings to RBI IBA NPCI 10
15 reports per month
Submission of Board Notes & Compliance Reporting
Responsible for yearly audit
Managing the Cards service desk & optilive complaint
management EDSR (lead tracker management)
Handling KYC checking of various alliance card
partners
Preparing Card MIS Debit Payless Prepaid
Managing Branch Huddle schedules to be rolled out
Huddles to be arranged tracking of Huddles preparing
score and publishing the same
to Cards & Payments Employee Payless Card Meal
