An established Security Solutions and Engineering Company is looking for Procurement Manager to lead the Supply Chain team in the company based in

Key requirements include:

• Lead a team of procurement and logistics to support the Group s business
  
• Work closely with stakeholders which include project team and sales team to execute procurement operations and cost
  
• Good understanding of product knowledge to be able to make decisions during project execution and shortage of supply during project
  
• Negotiate and manage vendors delivery time to ensure on time delivery to meet project
  
• Reporting to top management on activities of the team and cost savings
  
• Excellent communication skills to talk to different
  
• Proficient in Mandarin is an added
  
• Capable of contract
  
• Proven track record of managing or leading a procurement
  
• Capable of scenario management, especially during critical
