Premier Relationship Maager vertical is specializes in acquiring/sourcing/expanding/upgrading and developing High net worth customer relationship for retail through individual efforts. Cross sell bank products to existing customer mapped and inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.Ensure high level of customer service to our customers with assistance of Product operation group (POG)

Job Role:
  • Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share of the customers
  • Increase the book and Investment AUM portfolio by means ofAcquiring Enhancing Deepening and Retention.
  • Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
  • Plan and organize lead generation activity sales initiatives & events for prospective and existing clients.
  • Cross selling
  • Balance Builder products : DematTradingCredit Cards/FD/RD
  • Build a Loan Portfolio : PersonalAutoTwowheelerGoldHome LAPLAS and more
  • Third Party Products : Insurance such as General and Lifeetc Mutual Funds
  • Other banking products as per customers need
  • Prioritizing 360 customer engagement
  • Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set and customers escalations are at bay.
  • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction thus improving the NPS
  • Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met as per the process and compliance




Requirements

  • Postgraduate or graduate.
  • Minimum 2yrs experience in Banking cASA or insurance sales (Direct Channel)
  • AMFI & IRDA Certification an added advantage for customer orientation
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills Written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management.
  • Minimum 2yrs experience in insurance sales (Direct Channel)
  • Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets.
  • A hunter by orientation.
  • Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.







Post-graduate or graduate.
