Job Description

Parent Relationship Officer/Front Desk Executive needed in an international school in Mohali.

Only Female candidates needed.
Experience: 2 to 5 years.
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Role
Facilitating Admission Process
To facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents & address queries of prospective and existing parents.
To arrange for parents orientation with the concerned authorities.
Record Keeping

To keep a track record of the appointments of prospective parents with the Principal and to also maintain a record of students data registration admissions and withdrawals.
To maintain a record on the follow ups / walkins received and sharing with the management & marketing teams.
To maintain records / leads generated from advertisement responses.

To be updated with all school activities / events for sharing of the same with prospective parents.
To ensure timely notices / circulars related to admissions and withdrawals are sent to all parents.
To maintain all school related required information to be shared with prospective parents as one point of contact.

Key Skills
Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Highly Motivated and goal oriented.
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

Local candidates needed.
Background verification will be conducted for selected candidate.
