Open Position: PreSales Specialist (IT Service Provider Company)

An IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring a PreSales Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or in any related field.

At least 5 years proven experience in a presales or Information technology consultation covering IT Software/ERP or other techsolutions.

Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs challenges and goals.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to position products/services effectively.

Prepare and deliver highquality proposals quotes and RFP/RFI responses in a timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitors to effectively articulate company competitive advantages.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and internal teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences effectively.

Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
