- Provide high quality advice and recommendations on the application of state and local government planning policies, regulations and legislation to support the effective implementation and delivery of infrastructure planning projects.
- Prepare high-quality, evidence-based reports, submissions, briefing notes and effective conditions of consent to meet statutory and compliance obligations.
- Liaise and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive stakeholder engagement and support informed statutory planning outcomes.
- Provide project and operational support services to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology.
- Provide a range of administrative services, including coordinating working groups, committees and meetings, and contributing to the preparation of draft correspondence, papers and minutes, which support the strategic and operational objectives of the unit.
- Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
