• Lead by example by creating executing and reporting on highquality performance test artefacts such as requirements matrices performance test cases defects complex test data etc. and ensuring adherence to section standards and guidelines.
• Coach mentor and provide onthejob training for members of the performance test team.
• Identify create and maintain documentation to support performance test delivery meet reporting obligations and define quality standards for the performance test team.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders to initiate build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the ICT Division business and operational areas.
• Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
• Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the performance test team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
• Provide technical advice on applications systems environments data and tools (etc.) to the performance test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
