Job Title: PeopleSoft Upgrade Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning coordination and execution of PeopleSoft upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets to guide project execution.
• Identify and assign project resources including team members vendors and external consultants.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders and project teams.
• Conduct regular project meetings such as kickoff meetings status meetings and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies processes and standards.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and postimplementation activities to ensure project success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing largescale PeopleSoft upgrade projects from initiation to closure.
• Proficient understanding of PeopleSoft applications modules and upgrade processes.
• Strong project management skills including scope management resource allocation and risk management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA etc.).
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience with agile or iterative project management methodologies is advantageous.
