Job Description: Parts Advisor

• Job Type: Fulltime
• Salary Type: Hourly
• Salary Range: $20$23 CAD per hour
• Location: Windsor Ontario

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in ordering parts as needed
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Handle incoming parts orders and manage returns or exchanges

Essential Qualifications:

• No specific educational qualification required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Desired Experience:

• 13 years of experience in a similar role
