What Youll Do
As a PartTime Digital Marketing Assistant at Villaroe you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals; Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage inform and convert.
- Assist with SEO strategies to improve website ranking conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for content creation.
- Generate creative and visually appealing content for online marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media accounts to build brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings.
Who You Are
You are a creative and detailoriented individual with a passion for digital marketing. Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools you exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. You possess fundamental graphic design skills and are wellacquainted with various design tools. Additionally you have expertise in using email marketing platforms and managing content within different content management systems. Your analytical mindset enables you to interpret data and generate insights contributing to the success of our digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements
- Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools; Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must.
- Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Prior marketing roles are preferable but an eagerness to learn and adapt can also be considered.
- Strong understanding of search engines and SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and content management systems.
- Innovative thinking to develop engaging and shareable digital content.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Knowledge of Figma HTML CSS and Javascript is a plus.
- A bachelors degree is not required but preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
