    What's the opportunity?

    Position Overview:

    As a telesales representative/ Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and setting up initial sales meetings for our sales team. The SDR role is the first point of contact for potential customers, making your communication and presentation skills vital to the company’s sales efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Utilize various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and research, to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Research and build a pipeline of prospective clients in specific target industries and regions.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and challenges to determine if our products or services are a good fit for them.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Sales Outreach:
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.
  • Educate prospects about the value and benefits of our offerings to pique their interest in setting up a meeting with our sales representatives.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target customer profile.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information on qualified leads to facilitate successful sales meetings.
  • CRM and Sales Tools Management:
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools to track leads, update customer information, and document all interactions accurately.
  • Maintain and organize lead data to enable seamless collaboration with the sales team.
  • Reporting and Metrics:
  • Generate and analyze regular reports on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, opportunities created, and overall sales pipeline health.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales development processes to improve efficiency and results.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Basic understanding of the industry and the products/services offered by the company.
  • A passion for sales, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience at least one year in B2B sales or selling technology-related products/services.
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound sales techniques.
