About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead specializing in rider equipment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient record-keeping and the availability of rider equipment to support our inventory operations.
What's On Your Plate?
- Execute monthly, weekly, and daily inventory analyses to identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop weekly forecasts to align with distribution requirements and initiate delivery arrangements for goods accordingly.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts at the distribution center, coordinating closely during quarterly stock audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor the inventory management system daily for accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues raised by inventory coordinators promptly.
- Provide support to the inventory team in various activities, including inventory posting, record keeping, documentation, and projects.
- Supporting the team with monthly and quarterly tasks such as stock counts, reviewing new arrival shipments physically, and ensuring the accurate physical presence of inventory items.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement and improve inventory management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management
- 3-4 years work experience in the warehouse industry, inventory, or Supply Chain
- Ability to analyze data , create reports , Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and hands-on ability to get the job done
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic fluency is a must.
