Job Title: Oracle ERP Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete lifecycle implementation of Oracle ERP solutions covering requirements gathering design configuration testing training and deployment.
• Customize Oracle ERP modules to match our organizations business processes and needs effectively.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to collect business requirements and convert them into technical solutions within the Oracle ERP system.
• Offer expertise in Oracle ERP functionality best practices and industry trends to facilitate decisionmaking and solution development.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Oracle ERP configurations customizations and integrations.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure the seamless adoption of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Address and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP functionality configurations and integrations promptly.
• Keep abreast of Oracle ERP updates patches and new releases to maintain our systems optimization and relevance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and customizing Oracle ERP solutions focusing on modules like Financials Supply Chain Management Human Capital Management or Procurement.
• Solid grasp of Oracle ERP architecture data models and integration points.
• Preference for experience with Oracle ERP Cloud; however familiarity with onpremises versions like EBusiness Suite will also be considered.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate intricate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Oracle ERP certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
