IT Analyst

Job Description:

As an IT Analyst you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our IT systems and ensuring they align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing efficient IT solutions to support our operations and improve our service delivery. This role requires a detailoriented and technically proficient individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current IT systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to endusers.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend new tools and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in system analysis design and implementation.
• Proficient in system analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
• Experience with database management and data modeling.
• Proficient in SQL and other query languages.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (e.g. Windows Linux cloudbased systems).
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
