Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
Maintaining the AHT for the process

Should be a graduate at-least or final year result awaited or final year pursuing.
Experience in voice process preferred- 06 months to 1 year
Fresher can also apply
Basic knowledge of Health Insurance
Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi.
Knowledge of any regional language would be an advantage
Skills : bpo call center,telecaller,sales,customer care,customer support,team player
