We are looking for a responsible Operations and Logistics Administrator in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Supporting logistics team with staff on the ground at the project
• Supporting with organising hotels and accommodation for existing staff and visiting staff
• Supporting with organising maintenance of existing accommodation
• Overseeing trackers logs registers for housing/accommodation
• Organizing internal events across the Northwestern region
• Overseeing quality control of housing across teams
• Working with Existing and visiting staff to assist with their needs in remote locations.
• Working with the Head Office Logistics team to meet deadlines.
• Working with the travel team with regards to flights hotels pickups and dropoffs
• Handling requests and queries appropriately
• Follow up with team on weekly reports on accommodation vehicles and any other issues raised in the remote project location and submit to Operations and Logistics Manager

What were looking for

• Saudi National
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree
• A get it done attitude.
• An ability to work with all nationalities personalities and cultures.
