This is a remote position.

Location: Remote (Malaysia KL/Selangor preferred in case theres any management offsite)

Role:
The Sales Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the sales operation infrastructure. This strategic role involves optimizing sales processes managing sales data and aligning the sales team with our business objectives to drive success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes and strategies.
  • Manage sales analytics to ensure accurate forecasting pipeline management sales strategy execution and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align sales strategies and operations with business goals.
  • Develop and deploy creative solutions in tracking the sales teams activities.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and insights to senior management highlighting trends growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Train and support sales representatives and staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that leads followed up has a proper resolution within 30 days of appointment.
  • Ensure that all calls have a resolution maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Accurately manage transaction logs for finance to bill clients and for closers to receive their commissions accurately.
  • Manage the productivity of fulltime closers ensuring they remain productive during nonevent periods.
  • Identify additional opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Develop strategies to minimize the gap between payments receivable.
  • Analyze the training needs of the sales team identifying strengths and weaknesses to tailor training accordingly.
  • Set team goals and targets for each account to drive performance and accountability.
  • Develop detailed onboarding programs for new sales staff to ensure a smooth transition and rapid time to productivity.
  • Manage account managers to ensure that client relationships are maintained excellently and that events/campaigns are well prepared in advance according to established protocols.
Results:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations preferably in a sales outsourcing or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales process management creative problemsolving and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
