Job purpose
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support buseet’s daily operations,as asuccessful Operations Administrator you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, a top-notch Operations Administrator should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure that the required data (lines, Stations, captains profiles, riders profiles & Dashboard) are uploaded properly on the system and sync correctly.
- Responsible for the requested system amendments from stakeholders according to the SLA
- Testing the new releases and functions on buseet Apps and Adv. Feedback from Business point of view after aligning with the the rest of Ops crossfunctional teams.
