When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager) a resume and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. 13 weeks assignment 18 months experience current required in large ED/Urgent Care. Must be a team player flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13week travel assignment.CERTS: BLS ACLS PALS and NIHSS certifications required. BLS ACLS and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association American Health and Safety or American Red Cross. Traveler must pass the BCA (basic cardiac arrhythmia) testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.SHIFTS: 12 hour Night shift position. Shift start time 1845 12 hour days Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call weekends holidays and float as needed. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. May float to PresNow Coors or Isleta. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract not to exceed 40 total hours and includes EPIC training. EMR: EPIC experience preferred. SCRUBS: Required and not provided by the facility.
