Open Position: Network Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)
An MNC IT Service Provider is looking for Network Service Engineer to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Currently working as a Level 2 Network Engineer within enduser/service provider environment
- More than 3 years of working experience in network technology and having IT certifications such as CCNA CCNP and etc
- Excellent working experience with Layer 2 SDH DWDM and IP networking
- Good experience in network troubleshooting monitor and analysis by using network management tools and system
- Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages
- Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
