Mitigation Manager

Paul Davis Restoration is the best in restoration and emergency reconstruction services. We provide services to clean up and repair damage to commercial, residential, and institutional structures due to storms, fire, mold, water, or other disasters.

Paul Davis was founded in 1966 and is a rapidly growing network consisting of 300+ franchises, all independently owned and operated. It's a great company with a lot of opportunities for the right person. We are hiring a Mitigation Manager to join our team. We are looking for somebody that enjoys being out of the office, networking, meeting new people, leading a team, and helping people and businesses in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the team's performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Networking events and prospecting for new leads
• Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
• Be a great representative of our brand!
• Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle.
• Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions.
• Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
• Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Mitigation experience / Insurance Mitigation Experience

Job Qualifications:

• Restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to lead and develop team
• Ability to oversee 60+ projects per month
• Sound planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
• Proficient with a variety of current technology
• Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
• Before You Can Take the Field: We require a drug and background check
• Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
• Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
