Wellestablished construction company needs an experienced Human Resource Manager to work closely with executives operations accounting sales marketing and other departments to implement the full breadth of HR functions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
5 years HR leadership with at least 5 direct reports
Ideal candidate will have worked recently for a Construction company
Full breadth of HR responsiblities
Union compliance and payroll experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
