This is a remote position.

Job Overview:
As a Medical Virtual Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining compliance within our organization. This multifaceted position requires a detailoriented and proactive individual who can manage client interactions uphold compliance standards and support recruitment and onboarding activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Efficiently schedule services ensuring proper coordination and timely delivery.
  • Verify attendance and service notes to maintain accurate records
  • Resolve client and staff concerns related to services fostering positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients and staff to ensure all necessary documents and compliance requirements are up to date including service agreements and qualifications
  • Record notices of complaints feedback and incidents maintaining a comprehensive log
  • Participate actively in internal audit activities to ensure continuous compliance improvement.
  • Conduct candidate screening phone calls assessing qualifications and suitability for roles
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring process.
  • Support client onboarding activities by conducting preservice safety checks over the phone.
  • Ensure that all necessary information and requirements are met for a smooth onboarding process.


Requirements

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with clients staff and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Disability Aged Care and Health Services to navigate and comprehend industryspecific challenges and requirements.
  • Proven experience in data entry and database management with specific proficiency in Visual Care or similar systems.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset displaying the initiative to identify challenges and work collaboratively towards effective solutions
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills fostering positive interactions during client communication.
