Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness engagement and traffic
• Oversee the creation and implementation of digital content and online advertising
• Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of digital marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions
• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online presence and visibility
• Monitor and improve the companys website and digital assets for an optimal user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user funnels
• Plan and manage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors digital strategies
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and customers
• Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing activities and provide insights and recommendations
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends in the industry
• Track and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for digital marketing initiatives
• Lead mentor and develop a highperforming digital marketing team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Indepth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics WebTrends)
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM social media advertising and content marketing
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
• Understanding of broader marketing strategies and how digital fits into the overall marketing mix
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Certification in Digital Marketing or relevant field is a plus
