- Scaling up our freelancers model across the kingdom
- Develop and implement best practices for rider acquisition via various acquisition & marketing channels.
- Identifying best acquisition channels with clear analysis on conversion rates and cost per acquisition
- Setting monthly hiring targets for freelancers acquisition which align with the country supply plan
- Exploring new channels to acquire riders and setting events to get new leads
- Develop a strong community within the local rider management teams, to ensure the quality of standards, experience, and adherence to regional and local processes.
- Build, maintain and partially own strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.
- Develop the infrastructure, technology, and processes required for large-scale onboarding of riders.
