1. Supervising & monitoring of Facility functions in high end Residential & Commercial Properties of theGroup.
2. Overseeing the entire Facility Management function of the property including Outsourced Vendors / Service providers and their staff including Security Housekeeping Electromechanical Fire Protection System Horticulture Club services etc.
3. Monitoring of large size HVAC plant Electrical setup (33.3 KV subs station) DG Sets Fire Fighting system Sewerage treatment plant Water treatment Plant etc.
4. Capability to handle Club House operations interaction with clients residents guests etc.
5. Should have adequate knowledge of common area maintenance aspects CAM collection bidding etc.
6. Monitoring SOPs with planning & implementation generating & maintaining internal Reports & MIS for the Residential & Commercial properties.
7. Negotiation with vendors and ensure to obtain best rates forrepairs & maintenance work etc.
