Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Check sites regularly to identify problems and maintenance needed
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work according to expected workloads
Coordination of daily cleaning and maintenance
Oversee all repairs and ensure work is completed on time
Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
Comply with all on-site health and safety regulations and practices
Perform preventive maintenance work
Carry out follow-up for all maintenance and repair work
Perform safety checks as scheduled
Develop strategies to meet workload requirements on time

Job Requirements
Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in residential communities
Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning and maintenance procedures
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Proficiency in the use of computer programs
