Position Description
Brooklyn restaurant located in Prospect Heights neighborhood is seeking a Line Cook. The Line Cook would be a key part of the culinary team. The entire culinary team is responsible for the daily bread program, handmade pasta, in-house fermentations, fish butchery and nose to tail animal butchery. We are looking for someone who is eager to be a teammate amongst professionals, help create positive culture and become a student who learns alongside the team. If you are a chef with a big ego, too good to wash dishes or have issues with working as one team please do not apply. The restaurant follows a sustainable culture ethos and are looking for line chefs to contribute to it.

NYC Food Protection Certificate Card Holder required
Excellent verbal communication skills

Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines of NYDOH and maintain a letter A grade
