About the Role:

A Liability Senior General Assistant is needed for a 6month project in Martinez CA. The role supports the Liability Claims department providing administrative and technical assistance to enhance the claims handling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the liability claims team.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports correspondence and claims documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and settlements.
• Maintain and update claims files and databases.
• Assist in research and compilation of data for claims analysis.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• 5 years of experience in an administrative role preferably within an insurance claims environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of liability claims processes is a plus.
