Open Position: Legal Counsel APAC (MNC Company)

An MNC Company with a global presence in APAC regions is hiring for Legal Counsel to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Having more than 5 years working experience working as a Legal Counsel with experience supporting APAC regions within Consulting Finance or Shared Services environment
  
• Providing advisory on regional transactions by applying the law and appropriate policies to review draft and negotiate various commercial agreements relating to professional services rendered and related cooperations with customers suppliers and vendors
  
• Identifying commercial and business risks and partnering with the Regional Legal Counsel team as well as the business stakeholders on risk management & mitigation strategies
  
• Providing legal advice and support to Finance Procurement Sales and other business departments
  
• Proactively involve in standardising and organising legal agreement templates reports and etc
• Good judgment problemsolving skills and comfortable advising and working with the Regional Leadership Management team
  
• Good presentation analytical communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
