- Research and development of training material, courses, upskilling sessions and new technology implementations
- Conduct and coordinate hands on and theoretical knowledge transfer and training sessions
- Work with subject matter experts to identify upcoming needs and trends and incorporate them into syllabus
- Lead, Mentor and Review outputs of developers and guide them towards building up their skillset to the expected standards
- Own the hiring process of new talent for training initiatives
- Lead development of R&D efforts of new technologies and identify ways to implement them in existing and/or future projects to deliver cutting edge products and services
